AMV-France Online Contest
Geetings to everyone
This year, AMV-France decided to launch a brand new big contest which, we hope, will succeed in gathering as much editors as possible.
This contest, unless those we usually organize, is totally online, which means no convention or event is directly related to this contest.
In addition, some aspects of the operation/rules differ from those we usually show you before.
No theme is imposed : Unleash your imagination, enjoy yourself and send us your best creations.
Each participant can send one video and one MEP, but they must have been made exclusively for the contest: They must not be broadcasted before the contest's end.
Why must they not be broadcasted before? because there will be a novelty: All clips must be anonymous. Which means it's forbidden to show your pseudonym, any logo or signs that would easily identify yourself. Only your video title and the contest name ( which is optional) can be shown in your AMV.Personnaly Broadcasting your AMV will be possible once the results are broadcasted.
The clips will be broadcasted on a regular basis, at 2 or 3 clips per day. It will begin when enough clips will be uploaded. All clips will then be available on AMV-France's official Youtube channel, and they'll all pass on the first page of the new site.
A preliminary round will be held to appoint the nominees. All members of AMV-France can vote, and non-members who are registered on the forum. Voting will be possible at the end of the broadcast. More details will be given to this subject at the opening of registration.
All clips will then be ranked finalists by 5 judges. The results will be divided into a general classification, and categorization which will include the following categories:
-Action
-Dance
-Drama
-Horror/Psychedelic
-Comedy
-Romance/Sentimental
-Best Story
-Best technical
-Best multi
-Trailer (if there is enough participants)
Diplomas will be awarded to the best clips and a special prize for the overall winner.
The deadline is 19 February, it will leave you plenty of time to do a big project.
As some have noticed, the new contest will open its registration at the same time as the opening of the new website of the association, in January.

Posts : 4628 If I don't have bad memory Cenit gave an idea for a contest like this one so I'm not surprised to see something like this, after all I still remember when he said: What if the entries were anonymous?
